Not yet. All software and documentation related with PSXDEV is freely available and open sourced! However, since I'm already managing a (very) small company I'm thinking of doing this as a full time job and becoming a licensed developer for SONY, SEGA, NINTENDO and whatsoever other video game consoles. Currently my support is available without charging money for it, but this will definitely change in the near future. I sell my knowledge, not my software!
